Mrs. Princess Evance–Ivwurie – Executive Vice-Chairman

The Executive Vice Chairman is on the Board and management team of several companies.
Her work has given Global Marine and Energy Nigeria Limited new estimates in high value and size. She was educated in Nigeria and before joining Global Marine and Energy successfully ran an orphanage.
She is a visionary business entrepreneur with wealth of experience in business management.
Her experience in the oil and gas business has earned the company partnerships with major companies abroad. She is an astute businesswoman with credibility and contacts both locally and globally. As the Executive Vice-Chairman, she has negotiated several deals ranging from trade to energy and from consulting to construction. Her direct interaction with major players and stakeholders in the industry has been a major factor in the growth of the company. She has attended several programs in Entrepreneurship, Finance, Marketing and Management. She is responsible for the strategic management and the development of unified corporate vision and strategy and has contributed to ensuring and maintaining high operational and credit facilities, management development program, and managing resources efficiently which have increased the organizational return on investment. She is married with children.

Capt. Oyeniyi O. Adeyemo Executive Director of Operations

The Executive Director Operations is a Master Mariner (Foreign/ Ocean Going Vessels).
Capt. Adeyemo was educated at the King Edward VII Nautical College, London, the University of Southampton, UK, and City University of London. He is on the board of several companies including: Plandale (UK) Ltd, Planic Marine, International Nautical Consultant, National Inland Waterways Authority, Capricorn Marine Services Ltd. and Valverde Maritime Ltd. Capt. Adeyemo was on the board of the National Cargo Handling Company Ltd as Managing Director and General Manager of the Nigmarship Shipping Agencies. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Navigation and a Member of the Nautical Institute. He was also the President of the Nigerian Association of Master Mariners. Capt. Adeyemo is the Chairman of the Adhoc Committee on the Merger of GIS and the National Maritime Authority, and Chairman of the interministerial sub-committee on Shipping Charges in Nigeria. He is married with children.

Mr. Hammond EdokpayiExecutive Director Technical

The Executive Director Technical holds degrees from Nigeria and the United States of America.He currently resides in Houston Texas, USA. He is an oil and gas mogul and a diversified businessman with vast knowledge, wealth of experience and contacts, particularly in the marine, oil and gas sectors of the Nigerian and US economies.
He serves on the board of a host of companies including:  Donrite Nig. Ltd., Hanel and Company Nig. Ltd., Hanel Inc, USA, International Exchange Inc, USA, etc. He is married with children.

Engineer Marcus Ebioye – Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent is the Manager of all Projects. He is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calabar, and holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management. He has a wealth of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, having worked in various capacities in top management staff, and handled the supervision of turnkey engineering projects over the years. He has successfully monitored the execution of various engineering projects from commencement to commissioning which include a 6” flow line at Cawthorne Channel 1 - III, the redressing of 2 Km “Chief Briggs Drive” and the construction of a drainage system at Buguma for Monipulo Limited etc.

Fineface Hart – Field Superintendent

The Field Superintendent is a graduate in Petroleum Engineering and has a Master’s Degree in Engineering Design. He has a wealth of experience in the Oil and gas industry and a specialized Engineering and Numerical Modeling Background.                                         

Michael Chinda – Operations Manager

The Operations Manager has a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
He has worked as a successful Marketing Officer in the oil industry with a proven record of marketing strategies that has produced good results for his company. He coordinates the commercial activities of the company.

Olushola Chris – QA/QC

The Quality Assurance and Control Superintendent is a graduate in Geology from Delta State University, Abraka. He has worked in several inspections service companies as NDT inspector and visual inspection and control of welds and MPI Magnetic Positive and Penetrate test PT.

Innocent Ejiogu – HSE Officer

The HSE Officer is a graduate of Physics; He has worked in several projects as a safety coordinator and has successfully handled training and drills. He has also worked with Aplink Int’l Limited as assistant Safety Superintendent.
